Daily 2000tons of old tailing are being pumped and 1000tons concentrates are produced. The plant and process was disturbed from its original design. And needed to be optimised, at this stage I was appointed as Process Advisor. After the optimisation and fine tuning, my designation is changed to Plant In-charge. Worked with very special and future stick equipment called dredger for iron ore slurry dredging of unique kind imported from Conbar UK.*Leading a team of 27 Engineers, 5 staff and 50 workmen. Accountable for over all Plant Management.*Planning and execution of dredger operation at tailing pond, in coordination with dredger team, from where the tailings are being pumped to plant through a 1.5KM pipe line.*Planning and execution of plant operations in coordination with operation team, the plant consists of linear screen, Cyclones, Dual Extraction Column with reagent preparation system for flotation, Thickeners, pumping station, etc.*Planning and execution of plant maintenance and dredger maintenance in coordination with maintenance team. Scheduled maintenance without affecting production and arrangement of proper spares and tools for B/D maintenance with minimum time. Motivating team members, maintained disciplined teams and inspired individuals towards ever-higher levels of achievements. *Hire and train a highly productive work force. Lead, mentor & guide the workers and ensure disciplined approach in work.*Generating PO’s after prior approval of indents from the concern departments. Taking necessary quotations for beneficiation Plant, freezing process, determining process, and ensuring lab/pilot plant inspection from the supplier. And finalising with supplier by due approval from Management.

It has diamond and emerald reserves in Zambia and now it has acquired ruby deposits in Cabo-Deldgado province of Mozambique, South-East Africa. Leading a team of 3 Engineers, 10 staff and 20 workmen and overall accountable for achieving production targets and ensuring effective maintenance of Washing Plant. Coordinating with security officers for secure transport of Washing Plant concentrates containing precious rubies. Simultaneously developing process for separating rubies so produced from Washing Plant concentrates. Taking necessary quotations for beneficiation Plant, freezing process, determining process, and ensuring lab/pilot plant inspection from the supplier. And finalising with supplier by due approval from Management. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. Implemented comprehensive electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance of machinery to enhance uptime and overall asset effectiveness. Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.

And washing plant for sand and gravel cleaning.Leading a team of 3 analytical chemists, 3 Asst. Engineers, 3 Foreman and 70-80 workmen and overall accountable for achieving production targets and ensuring the desired quality with due care of the Precious equipments. Planned and managed all aspects of production. Continuously streamlined the production process by conducting on-going training and soliciting the input of the on-hand operators.Production scheduling, quality management, team building, training, cost control and troubleshooting.
