Brands Operated By Talal Bin Mohammed Trading*OnlyRoses Qatar, the Gate Mall and Doha Festival City BranchesJob Description:Accounting & Control:· Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.· Review & post journal entries of other accountants to ensure accuracy.· Prepare schedules for the Accruals & Prepayments.· Manage & reconcile payroll cost allocation including provisions and allowances on monthly basis.· Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.· Financial statements preparation monthly/yearly & presentation skills with liaison with auditors· Review Exact accounting system processes and recommend any correction needed.Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis:· Preparation of monthly management reports and accompanying schedules, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances.· Preparation of annual budget cycle, including but not limited to: template preparation, communication with the higher management and review actual performance for each department along with budget submitted till finalizing of consolidated budget.Compliance:· Conform with and abide by all regulatory guidance (IFRS standards) and internal policies & procedures.· Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Development:· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
