Purpose of the roles:The basic purpose of the roles is to ensure the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy at the ground level as directed by management and to meet the sales targets.Roles and Responsibilities: (Business Development Executive) The responsibilities shouldered by me include:Handle the Post paid (International sim and data cards) for the territory.Providing short term and longterm connections to people usualy travel abroad.Fixing appointments with the corporates and providing them our services (International telecom services).Making tie ups with corporates and travel agents to get revenue for the company.Increasing Sales, profitability & market share for assigned territory.Leading the business development with the sales policy of the organization.Undertake analysis of market and competition in order to recommend appropriate marketing initiatives at the territory level.Planning and monitoring new product launches in co-ordination with the central marketing department.Inventory (Sales, Stock Ratio) planning & implementation.Responsible for increasing business from individual and corporate clients.Client acquisition and retaining existing clients.Measurable Deliverables (KRAs)Generate new clients as well retain existing onesDevelop business by making tie-ups with Corporates,Travel agents and High profile individuals% achievement of the sales targets as per defined targetsAchievement of defined % of revenue from existing individuals/Corporate clientsAchievement of defined % of revenue from new business Achievement:Highest revenue generator for the company in Gurgaon territory.

Area Sales Executive:Handling channel sales network of Inverters and UPS in Meerut, Muzaffarnagar and other western U.P areas.Managing the distribution of products.Handling all the marketing and promotional activities in the assigned area.Convincing dealers of IT and Consumer durables about our products.Rectifying service related problems of dealers and customers.
