Program Manager: Directed cross organizational integrated team, that included company resources, multiple subcontractors, and other Client designated contractors, on the largest project on business unit’s backlog, for a $15 MM Relief Systems Validation Study for a significant portion of the Client’s Refinery in order to comply with OSHA directives. Proposal Manager: Managed in several proposals efforts for potential new Clients, providing key insights for execution strategies, resource allocation/management, risk analysis and mitigation plans, in order to increase future backlog and maximize potential gross margin on future work.Key Project Success:• Implemented a new Management of Change Process whereby alerting the Client that future change in Scope of Work will have significant schedule and cost impacts, ultimately resulting in more efficient use of available resources, reductions in costs, and an increase in quality of the deliverables, leading to acceleration in meeting or exceeding milestones that were currently behind committed milestones• Utilizing experience attained from diverse industries, introduced new pricing and bidding strategies, focused on different approaches for varying complexity among projects, combining efficient resource utilization and schedule based planning to derive a more realistic cost basis and attainable schedule, leading to several new project awards and additional work from existing clients• Consistent Client satisfaction and execution excellence resulting in Client awarding additional Contracts, in excess of $6 MM (to date) and an additional long term on-site contract for maintaining work

PROJECT: CARISAL UNLIMITED, POINT LISAS, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGOEngineering Project Manager (2008 – 2010): Directed sixty (60)+ member cross functional engineering team from conception (using Front End Loading Process) through execution for a $350 MM Grass Roots Calcium Chloride Production Facility.  Maintained excellent client relationships, produced and maintained scope documents, implemented effectively change management processes, managed resources, oversight of schedule development from engineering through construction, controlled budgets, developed subcontract execution strategy, supervised project team, and managed performance.   Proposal Manager (2009 – 2010): Proposed and led Business Development effort to seize postponed Project from a leading Engineering firm by traveling to Trinidad and recruiting a Construction Management partner to act as a Prime Contractor, who maintained a strong cash position and first-rate financial statements to secure Project Financing for $350 MM international project.  Led strategic planning efforts and contractual negotiations between Prime Contractor, Client, and Commonwealth in the development of a collaborative proposal, ultimately leading to the award of the project. Key Project Success:• Spearheaded Joint Venture with Prime Contractor to deliver unsolicited Lump Sum bid to the client, leading to an award of $150 MM contract, $15 MM of which, was for Commonwealth Engineering and Procurement services• Executed Project, under budget, through excellent client management, the strict adherence to scope, active change management processes, stringent costs controls, and extensive interaction with engineering team, increasing productivity by 40%• Implemented Value-Added Engineering effort, reducing capital cost of Client’s scope by $50 MM, to effectively assist Client in securing Major Debt Financing from an international banking institution
