Rvp/Project Head Dolmen Loyalty CardSummit Bank Limited Sep 2016 - Aug 2017KarachiSummit Dolmen Loyalty Card Program was a joint venture of Summit Bank Limited and Dolmen Group intended towards facilitating Summit Bank customers to get lucrative discounts and deals at merchant outlets located under the roofs of all three properties of Dolmen Mall. Under the supervision the project achieved exceptional growth both in terms of transactions and account opening, during the span of 8 months transactions increased by 2000% and account opening improved by 450%. This was made possible by revamping the product based on market dynamics & developing new SOPs for Account Opening, Kiosk Operations, Merchant Settlements. Successfully handled the re-launch activities of the product from pre-launch communication and marketing strategies to for two mega events held at Clifton & Tariq Road Malls and efficiently managed the post launch customer registration pressures since it was increased by 250% . -
