Responsible for overseeing the PTW system ensure all work is performed safely according to guidelines, Coordinate and conduct routine PTW audits and assumes role as focal point for PTW audits. Track and advise line management for overdue or expired permits, certificates, forms and maintain records and hard copies of all PTW documentation as per document retention policy.Ensuring that PTW updates/changes are effectively communicated to all personnel. Ensuring that new staff are registered in the PTW register at the appropriate level. Coaching, mentoring and training of project and contractor staff.
