DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:o Preparing sales targets for each of showrooms individually.o Forecasting, budgeting and setting sales targets for the showrooms.o Full supervision for providing showrooms main and new products.o Preparing promotions and special offers for all products if need.o Managing all operations during peak time and seasons.o Resurging and employing staff if it is needed for showrooms.o Supervise directly for implementing company strategy.o Looking for new selling points as showrooms in potential areas.o Recommending the high management to operate retail business for ideal situation.o Follow the achievement of sales and company's goals regularly.o Prepare systematic visits for all showrooms (kingdom-wide).
