Associate Project Manager
Current• As Senior Project Co-ordinator, managed projects for major clients in the Life Sciences sector, including AstraZeneca, Pearson, Clario, Signant Health, Eli Lilly, VirTrial LLC, and Dexcom• Develop project baselines and ensure adherence to cost, resource deployment, time management, and quality standards• Coordinate translation and full cycle projects, including Translation, DTP, and Multimedia• Manage operating budgets and ensure projects operate within allocated resources and timelines• Lead project review meetings to assess progress and address challenges proactively• Evaluate vendor performance regularly for quality, delivery, and service• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for enhanced operational efficiency• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards• Update translation request forms and facilitate effective communication• Conduct rigorous internal quality checks to ensure high-quality outputs• Collaborate with the language team to resolve translation issues and incorporate client feedback• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently using financial tools• Optimize resource allocation and coordinate tasks effectively to maximize project outcomes
