As a Banking Advisor I have been developing my knowledge and skills in investments and credit lending. In addition to the activities I performed as a Client Advisor, I open new accounts, complete credit applications and help provide investment advice for clients. I have moved to a smaller branch and this means I have had to change the way I interact with clients. I still strive to provide an excellent client experience but am able to spend more time with each client and do full reviews of their financial and life goals. Since I get more time with each client I am able to build strong and trusting relationships with the people I see.

In my role as a Client Advisor I was asked to help contribute towards an exceptional client experience in one of the busiest branches in KW. We provided that exceptional experience by providing advice that bests suits our client's needs and helping them "Achieve their Someday". As a CA we mainly did this by helping clients with their day to day banking needs, but we also did personal discovery to uncover needs and would refer this to our appropriate colleagues and partners.I also was one of the people in charge of branch cash operations, which included cash balancing and making sure the branch always had enough cash of different currencies while assuring we stayed under our limits. My time as a Client Advisor culminated with being recognized as a 2017 RBC Performance Conference Winner.
