JOB RESPONSIBILITY:• Marketing more than 10 resumes on different technology skill set like Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, .NET, JAVA, Python Developer and DevOps Consultants.• Involved in the complete life cycle of resume marketing. • Involved in resume preparation. • Uploading the employee’s/ Consultant’s profile in job portals. • Keeping rapport with consultants on regular basis. • Applying consultant’s Profiles on job portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Tech Fetch, and Indeed. • Following up with the vendors on resume submission. • Negotiating the rates trying to get a better rate for the company. • Following up with the vendors and scheduling interviews for the consultants. • Helping the consultants understand the requirement. Try following up with the vendor / client for interview tips / interview questions. • Updating the Bench sales database accordingly and providing daily and weekly MIS reports on the recruitment status to my Accounts Manager.

• Maintaining of data, preparing documents and mailing daily updates, welcoming guests and new students, handling tasks, attending meetings etc. looking after the institute.• Co-coordinating wit staff solving queries • Handling batches and coordination with other district batches.• Taking feedback of other district institute by sending Auditors.• Planning for the next batch.• Marketing for the upcoming batches by various methods.• Personal visit to the branches to Ensure the student querys and solving them.
