* Agency Networking* Corporate Customer shipments (Quotation, Pricing, Reports)* Shipments of Overseas Agents for all trade.* Monitoring the Customer Service team for their day to day activities.* Assisting Sales in their sales calls on Operational front.* Monitoring Air/Sea/Land shipments.* Reporting to the Managing Director for the daily reports* Monitoring the CONSOL Box activities on Day to Day Basis.* Closing of all Job Files

* Monitoring the transporters on a daily basis to ensure the vehicles are used to their optimum capacity.* Monitoring payments of transporters.* Following up with the customer service team for their transport requirements for the following day.* Executing Air Freight Shipments for customers* Supervising and assisting the customer service and operations team* Managing and scheduling the outdoor operation activities for the operations team.* Assisting customers for their import / export and cross trade inquiries.* Monitoring of Import / Exports / Cross Trade shipments* Handling operation activities (like transport arrangements / documentation to be completed in time before vessel cut off / Sending of load list / Sending of BL instructions).* Monitoring all console shipments, Issuing Delivery Orders, Collecting payments* Sending quotations to Key Customers* Preparing and Issuing House BL’s when required.* Updating and maintaining the rate tariff sheet on regular basis.* Completing entire job costing including Invoicing.* Following up for payments from customers / Costing of Jobs being handled / Servicing VIP Clients.

* Monitoring of all Sea-Air shipments.* Handling release and discharge of all Karachi containers and sending load list for all CSX boxes loaded for export.* Communication with overseas agents for all Import and Transshipment cargo’s* Receiving pre-alerts from overseas agents and delegating them to respective staff.* Follow up with agents for pending issues and un-cleared cargo.* Checking costing of all Import jobs and approving vouchers for cheque requests.* Monitoring of D/O / NOC for all import containers, and to ensure transfer forms being sent on time to CFS.* Following up for clearance of Import shipments on priority.* Monitoring of Arrival notices to be sent to clients on time.* To ensure pending D/O list is forwarded to Origin agents & reminders are sent to local cnee’s on time.* To ensure all transshipment files are been forwarded on time to exports department.* To ensure all on-forwarding details and out-turn reports are sent to agents on time.
