• Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations laid down in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity.
• Executing the operation and preventive maintenance of all the equipment HVAC (chillers, colling towers, pumps, AHU), Plumbing (Water closet, booster pump, Faucet, Hydro pneumatic pumps, WTP & RO), Firefighting.
• To supervise the upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment of the company.
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity and morale.

• Review and familiarized with construction drawings prior to implementation of the works of the project at site, observe project confirms to the approval plans and specifications.
• Involved in site execution as per approved Material for Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, & Fire Pumps
• Co‐ordinate with other engineering disciplines on all aspects during development of works to ensure confirmative of design with requirements, carry out technical assessment for material.
• Implement Mechanical works schedule and assign tasks to the workman and monitoring the site progress to complete the task within stipulated time.
• Preparing of coordination drawing as per site situation issues and make changes in shop drawing as per requirements and study for cost impact
• Preparation of Red line markup drawings for Asbuilt and documentations for the projects as per the changes made on site and take approval.
