Provide superior and sophisticated training concerning company products. 5. Represent the company effectively and efficiently before its customers in the customers' service domain. 6. Use certain Software to organize the linkage process between payment centers and bills issuing authorities. 7. Use Software to add new payment centers, with all branches and add new bills issuing authorities. 8. Use Software for daily settlement purposes for each of the payment centers and bills issuing authorities and the Central Company.9. Use Software for customers' service by receiving all inquiries and complaints received by the department through telephone, email or fax and reply thereto within two minutes maximum.

1. Represent the company effectively and efficiently before its customers in domestic sales.2. Promote the offers made by the company. 3. Sell SIM cards and Mobiles. 4. Receive products, such as SIM cards and mobiles from the immediate supervisor. 5. Compare daily sales between the actual cash in and the cash in the electronic sales system used in the company.6. Check daily inventory of stocks of SIM cards and mobiles.

Amman

1. Attract targeted sector and conduct filed visits (micro commercial projects). 2. Prepare loan application and attach all required documents for granting the loan in accordance with the company's conditions, laws and regulations. 3. Prepare financial studies necessary for studying the project in terms of its current and expected economic feasibility after granting the loan, such as cash flow statement, profits and losses statement and sales analysis. 4. Attach the financial study of the project to the loan application and attach all documents required for granting the loan and discuss this application with the loans granting committee in the company for approval in accordance with the laws and regulations laid down by the company. 5. Follow up the procedures for granting loans to applicants after approval. 6. Ensure, through frequent filed visits to the project, that the loan granted has been used for the same purpose for which it was granted and follow up the project economic feasibility in terms of productivity and whether the project has actually benefited from such loan or not.7. Recollect the loans granted in the form of monthly equal installments and maintain a payment percentage of 97% as a minimum from the principal monthly loans granted.
