Also I am NDT Level II certified, familiar with procurement vendor, TPI Inspection, Handling of Inspection Instruments, Material grade and standards.Addition to this I have experience in shipbuilding as a QC Engineer worked for Indian Naval Ship build by MDL where I have gain a lot knowledge about shipbuilding, quality control, inspection, documentationDuring my BE program i have nominated with 4 more batch mate for implementing 5S in a company to improve its productivity and reduce lead time.In addition to this I have also applied Sequencing method in a repair company showing the best sequence of operation during repair of N - number of jobs which results in less ideal time between two machine.
