CurrentIndustrial Control Systems (ICS) combine Building Automation systems (BMS) and Energy Power Measurement Systems (EPMS) to provide convenient control and monitoring of building management controls such as sensors, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, energy management and environmental controls for Citi Data centers and buildings. This ICS program is moving these applications to a secure Physical pod architecture, while consolidating vendor products footprint where possible. Implementation scope is to address all ICS critical infrastructure risks identified during security audit.As a technical manager I worked on Project Management - Managed 8 Citi data center implementations, 10 applications and relationships with 10 plus stakeholder managers. Delivery - Manage various components of the application management solution including defining the project scope, estimating the resources and cost of the solution, customizing processes, defining the support organization model, defining appropriate governance and customizing the support tools. Able to plan and execute the transition to the application management solution by establishing and managing service levels and designing and implementing continuous improvement programs that optimized stakeholder value. Technology Infrastructure- Design dedicated domain and DMZ to host applications in each data center, Drafting migration strategies, Platform Support,Data Center migrations, Hybrid AWS Cloud implementation for small Buildings, Azure cloud implementation for Analytics Team Development - Build ICS team with network engineers , application developers and system administrators, Coordination with many teams withing citi, offer input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff.
