Key Responsibilities:Functional: • Support Learning and Leadership Development (L&LD) functions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Sponsors and SMEs.Learning Strategy & Development:• Evaluate inputs for learning strategy (including leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans/strategy of a business)• Analyse skills, learner needs and determine gaps using data analytics techniques and BI platforms.• Research of the domain and historical trends. • Engage with sponsors to understand learning requirements of business. • Design learning strategy. Curriculum Planning & Management: • Develop and maintain curriculum.• Evaluate curated learning assets.• Recommend potential solutions for learning gaps. • Plan and estimate annual affordability for the curriculum (Cost Modelling Exercise). • Create/Update learning assets (learning path, curriculum site/deck/circle etc.).Learning Program Value Architecting:• Plan, Develop, Deliver & Manage learning programs.• Organize teams that will execute the plan from the design to delivery.• Maintain good relationship with learning partners and other stakeholders. • Manage learning program budgets and support financial decision-making. • Evaluate efficiency of the learning program by providing insights-analytics, recommendations, and executing the needed actions. • Knowledge lifecycle management and formulation of governance framework.• Responsible for organizing and executing tasks and projects that contribute to the organization’s KM strategy.• Using knowledge management concepts, processes and policies to facilitate the process of knowledge capture using SharePoint technology and KM tools.• Managing and maintaining the KM portal, including overall strategy, communication, planning and alignment with business objectives.• Enable people to contribute on the knowledge sharing platforms-Discussion Forums and Groups, Blogs, Wikis, Communities of Practice etc.• Design and develop communications that enable easy access to knowledge capital by our global practitioners, in accordance with the entity’s overall communications delivery strategy.• Provide input to develop and maintain in-house Taxonomies for knowledge classification• Perform Knowledge usage audit and reporting.• Perform Quality control of knowledge assets.• Establish best practices.• Supervise content acquisition and integration activities.• Monitor user feedback and key metrics, critical success factors and key performance indicators, and design and implement interventions that increase overall effectiveness.• Ensure content architecture is consistent with CUSTOMER standards• Manage development of CUSTOMER KM newsletters (KM Alert, Watch, etc)• Report status regularly to Shared Services Ops Lead/CUSTOMER lead; contribute to scheduled Performance Scorecard and other measurement processes• Establish and maintain relations with clients and reach out for additional work • Coaching and mentoring junior team members; helping direct Content analyst with tasks; performance management of content analysts
