CurrentKey Responsibilities:Functional: • Support Learning and Leadership Development (L&LD) functions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Sponsors and SMEs.Learning Strategy & Development:• Evaluate inputs for learning strategy (including leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans/strategy of a business)• Analyse skills, learner needs and determine gaps using data analytics techniques and BI platforms.• Research of the domain and historical trends. • Engage with sponsors to understand learning requirements of business. • Design learning strategy. Curriculum Planning & Management: • Develop and maintain curriculum.• Evaluate curated learning assets.• Recommend potential solutions for learning gaps. • Plan and estimate annual affordability for the curriculum (Cost Modelling Exercise). • Create/Update learning assets (learning path, curriculum site/deck/circle etc.).Learning Program Value Architecting:• Plan, Develop, Deliver & Manage learning programs.• Organize teams that will execute the plan from the design to delivery.• Maintain good relationship with learning partners and other stakeholders. • Manage learning program budgets and support financial decision-making. • Evaluate efficiency of the learning program by providing insights-analytics, recommendations, and executing the needed actions. Skills:• Agile Scrum Team and Using Leankit• Certified in ‘Google Analytics for Beginners‘• Durable Learning Concepts• Design Thinking principles • Content writing for Learning campigns• Expert in SharePoint Site Maintanance• Advanced knowledge in MS PowerPoint and MX Excel/Power BILearning/Training: Pursuing “The Future Learning and Development Leader programme”
