• I am the Coordinate all the sales representatives of the company from the head office which are posted in the different district wise cluster of whole Gujarat state.• I am also meeting the dealer’s distributors and co-operative members for the promotions of our new launch product discuss with them about new ideas.• I am also participated in the meeting which is organized by the dealers, distributors and co-operatives for the farmers.• I am prepared product profile in two different languages (English and Gujarati) for the promotion of our products in the state, out side of the state and for the foreign countries.• I am monitoring and evaluate day to day activities of sales representatives.• I am also liaisons with the other fertilizers producing company. • I am also day to day contact with the some parties for the recover for their due amounts.• I am arranging conference and workshop of dealers and distributors of Gujarat state. • I am also liaisons with Department of Agriculture, Gujarat state for the quality aspects. • I am checking the physical and financial reports of the sales executives and submit to the management.• I am also co ordinate with the Hubali branch office which is located in the Karnataka.• I am see the issue related to the market.
