I manage and direct Flair Event Services (formerly) an offering of the Eclipse Group to diversify their portfolio by servicing the exclusive private social events, weddings and corporate social events market segment where we bring distinctive elegance and style along with world-class technical production services as well as industry leading Health & Safety standards synonymous with the eclipse brand. We also developed the sale and rental of special effects for live events in the region.

I develop, maintain and manage the sales & marketing strategy behind the eclipse group's offering of special effects for live events in the region. StageFX is the region's largest rental supplier of special effects & has been called on to supply flames, CO2, confetti and pyrotechnics and various other special effects for some of the regions most iconic concerts, festivals and high profile events.

Responsibilities included developing the tendering processes for awarding of large-scale fireworks shows for the Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi, specifying and designing the shows, their scale and deliverables for the fireworks shows in line with the KPIs of DCT to create a world class destination for celebrations and attraction of regional visitors. Creating the evaluation processes. Evaluating proposals based on the framework created, managing onsite execution for each event along with support for the suppliers with local authorities as well as post event evaluation. achieved 2 Guinness world record for the National day and NYE 2019 fireworks shows on the abu dhabi corniche.

supporting the senior pyrotechnician in charge with the setup of mortar racks, matching & fusing of shells from 30mm to 200mm, setup of cakes and mono shots from 20mm- 50mm, patching and addressing of the firing modules.
