Working as TCMS Design Engineer for Surat Phase -1 and Ahmedabad Phase-2 Metro projects.Working on validation and testing of functional operations for Train-18 on Selectron based simulator.Support development of Python based software tool for logging Events and Faults as per customer requirement for PER-2 project.Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in WAGs and WAPs.Supported PLC code development for communication setup using UDP protocol in IEC 61131-3 based Straton software for PER-2 project.Preparing Engineering Documents for hardware and software designs.HV, IR testing of Traction Converter and Auxiliary Converter. Wire testing, DIDO testing, AIAO testing of TCMS.Functionality testing of TCMS using National Instrumentation simulation tool.Supporting team in analyzing Interface Control Document (ICD) for Surat Metro and Ahmedabad Metro.

Study of train control specifications, order acceptance and understanding the scope of works.• Segregating the train requirements to hardware, software and sub system requirements specific to TCMS.• Preparation of Functional Block Diagram as per hardware requirements.• Release of FBD and I/O List to electrical team for designing after the review.• Preparation of Software Design Specification as per software requirements.• Preparation of Interface Control Document.• Release of Software Design Specification and Interface Control Document to software team for programming after the review.• Coordinating with sub system team for the fulfilment of sub system requirements.• Interacting with RAMS team and Validation team to get design verified.• Ensure proper traceability of design with customer requirements.• Implementing the additional changes in the design as per customer requirement.• Provide support in testing, integration and validation process, if necessary.• Writing Functional Type Test Specification (FTTS) as first level of Verification Document.• As a Key User for Spectrail Tool in Bangalore, give training to Control Engineering team as well as Software Team.
