Client – Rural Water Supply & Sanitation, Odisha.Project – Execution of Mega PWS Scheme to Telkoi, Patna, Harichanmdanpur, Ghatagaon Block of Keonjhar District on the way covering Pallahara Block.Project Cost – 1122 CroresRoles and Responsibilities:➢ Responsible for management and implementation of Construction, Supervision, Quality Assurance / Quality control, monitoring of construction activities.➢ Review & check the method statement of the EPC and proposed necessary changes in the method statement according to requirement➢ Implementation of Reforms agenda focusing on outcomes.➢ Checking of BBS & calculating Quantities from Drawings and getting it certified for the project.➢ Planning the work and organizing the site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadline.➢ Checking drawings and agreement of WTP, Intake wells, Pipeline (DI, CI & HDPE), Elevated Surface Reservoir (ESR) and pump house works & all bulk materials at site.➢ Monitoring the site for safety and quality to the high standards.

RCC Box Bridges and 5 Nos. of Steel Girder Bridges between Budhapank to Baghuapal including tie lines to Talcher Road and Tomka Railway Station under Angul Sukinda New BG Rail Line in the state of Odisha, India.Roles and Responsibilities:➢ Supervision to Agency in execution of both pile foundation and open foundation of Major bridges.➢ Inspection all RFI submitted by the contractor keeping in view of various Standard, specification & Rules governed by IRS, RDSO, IS, MOST, & RVNL. Make daily and monthly progress report and submitting to client at proper time.➢ Check BBS, IPC-Bill and all relative document submitting by contractor.➢ Maintaining all required register and document.
