Sameer founded the Life Design Lab at Google, which is used by Google employees from more than 100 countries. Life Design was created to explore multifaceted aspects of Human Purpose at Work. Today there are over 10 000 employees enrolled in the lab globally, who are graduates of the world’s Ivy league schools and former VPs of Fortune 500 companies. Life Design has now grown beyond Google and is taught to executives at schools like INSEAD and London Business School.Sameer is now the MD of NxG, a Global Academy for Young Family Business Heirs, preparing to be future CEOs of the world's most influential companies. He is an invited global keynote speaker at organisations like IDEO, KPMG and Soundcloud on topics concerning the emerging workplace, and he is also the Author of the upcoming book What Are Humans For in the AI Age? Previously Sameer co-founded an EdTech company in South Africa which is now the core of a Mark Zuckerberg backed African university chain. His company has been featured on CNN and invited to showcase at the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Forum and World Economic Forum. For his education efforts, Sameer was also the main feature of a print edition of Real Leaders Magazine US that features leaders like Jay Shetty, Emma Watson and Tony Robbins.
