- MIS • Daily MIS for sales team with comparison of Booked & Inward numbers.• Daily MIS of discrepant cases to sales team & follow-up for closure of same. Also working on RCA for permanent solution.• Maintaining business hygiene tracker for the vertical (Cheque bounce & MCN).• Floating tentative contest qualifier list for PAN India.- Managing KPI of Agency & Retail Broking team• Responsible for the overall employee KPIs for the vertical.• Ensuring KPIs are published on monthly basis.• Developing logics to drive the KPIs.- Payout• Managing complete end to end payout process of Agency & Retail Broking team.• Resolving all discrepancy related to payout by coordinating with finance & payout team.• Publishing location & vendor wise payout MIS to National & Regional head; Highlighting spikes & month wise analysis.

- New Business Support Channels(Agency & Banassuarnce) (PAN India):• Monitoring the overall functioning of rework process for banca & agency channel• Leading and training the team on new process & products.• Ensure queries and escalations received through the channels are responded within the prescribed timelines. • Providing solution to Pan India branch queries related to Issuance, Underwriting & Medicals.• Responsible for sending timely MIS to the branches for additional requirements• Maintaining Status report of requirement received and updating individual channels on the same- Handling TPA for Medical cases (PAN India):• Initiating the medical requirement at TPA raised by the underwriters• Coordinating with the TPA for fixing appointments with the client for medicals.• Coordinating with the underwriters for discrepancies after the medical reports are received• Maintaining medical MIS (Initiated, received & pending medicals)• Resolving the medicals queries related to incomplete Medicals.- Handling Refunds(PAN India):• Processing cancellations of NB applications as per agreed timelines & process.• Timely preparation of voucher and coordinating with finance for refund.• Coordinating with banks for customer account number verification for direct debit of proposal refund.• Preparing the reconciliation MIS of Cancelled cases with Finance. • Ensuring timely dispatch of refund cheque to the client• Handling refund related queries related to dispatch of physical cheque, account transfer & refund letter.New Business Operations: • End to End UAT of data coding & Assessment in system “ELIXIR”.• Highlighting the BUGS in the system “ELIXIR” & providing the solution with coordination with IT team for smooth functioning. • Providing daily unitization and MIS reports for uploads to other interface software.
