As a Business Analyst at Bira 91, I apply my MBA knowledge and skills to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. I use BPMN 2.0 to model and document business requirements, workflows, and scenarios, and AXURE Rp9 to design and prototype wireframes and mockups for web and mobile applications.I also leverage my SAP Signavio expertise to analyze and monitor process performance, identify and resolve gaps, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management. In my current role, I have contributed to several projects, such as launching a new loyalty program, streamlining the supply chain management, and enhancing the e-commerce platform. Through these projects, I have helped Bira 91 achieve higher customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue.
