This was achieved by tracking historic usage, supplier commitments, current inventory levels, payment terms, and safety stock - Launched an RFQ for 300 SKUs to 2 suppliers.- Built a sourcing optimization tool using Excel VBA for field personnel that weighed the cost, delivery time, material quality, and supplier location and outputted the optimal supplier choice for the desired location.
