Sameer is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance practice of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, India, with more than 27 years of audit experience, mainly in the Consumer Business (Consumer Product Companies) and Technology Media & Telecom (Media) sectors. Sameer has been working with Deloitte since November 2008. Prior to joining Deloitte, Sameer worked with KPMG for more than a decade. Sameer has led and managed engagements for several large, complex and multi locational clients. His clients include billion dollar entities to start ups. Sameer has carried out statutory, tax and group reporting audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with various GAAPs/GAAS. He has also carried out internal audits, due diligence reviews and fraud investigations.
