Identify issues/conflicts employees face throughout the labs, then implement prompt solutions to facilitate continuous operations. The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) is renowned Think Tank located in Washington, D.C. They foster bipartisanship through doing in-depth research and providing policy solutions spanning healthcare, business, higher education, immigration, technology, and more. As a Business and Technology intern, I conducted in-depth legal and policy research on issues spanning (but not limited to): Content Moderation, Section 230, and Coordinated Influence Operations. I also leveraged my coding skills to deploy ML Algorithms on datasets in order to analyze sentiment of people regarding certain topics.

Bluebonnet Data is a political nonprofit organization with a mission to democratize data. They recruit, train, and organize people with skills in coding and data science to volunteer on data analyst teams for progressive campaigns and causes.

The Rutgers Center for Security, Race and Rights is the first Academic Center in the United States to focus on legal, racial, and discriminatory issues faced by Muslim, Arab, and South Asians. The Center works across racial and religious lines to analyze the structural and systemic causes that contribute to Xenophobia and Islamophobia. As a Public Policy Fellow, I am in charge of Social Media and general PR. Utilizing Social Media and Youtube Analytics, I have increased views and retention rates by over 80%. In this endeavor, I have had to learn, master, and utilize Canva and iMovie Applications in order to curate content that has thus far garnered thousands of views. I also assist in the research of, and analyzing academic articles on policy issues related to xenophobia, islamophobia, and national security. I also utilized Tableau to visualize and explore political data.

As an Off-Campus Representative elected by the Student Body to represent over 17,000 Undergraduate Off-Campus Students, and a Sub-Committee Chair for the Academic Affairs Committee, I was primarily in charge of improving relationships between faculty, students and alumni, and improving academic accessibility for Rutgers University Students. Most notably, I created a survey that was subsequently taken by over 14,100 students; alongside a small team, I analyzed data, co-wrote a 60 page report within 12 hours, met with University Executives, and successfully spearheaded an initiative to implement an optional Pass / No Credit option for over 50,000 students across all three Rutgers University campuses

As an Intern with the Academic Affairs Committee at the Rutgers University Student Assembly, I worked in conjunction with committee members on a variety of initiatives in order to improve Academic Opportunities and the 4 Year Graduation rate. I also was given the opportunity to write, and present legislation to a body of over 50+ individuals- this legislation was written to further implement the Open & Affordable Text Program, which has thus far saved Rutgers University students over 2 Million Dollars. As part of my personal project, I launched an initiative to develop Faculty and Student relationships by introducing a Faculty Mentorship Program, which was unfortunately disrupted by the advent of COVID-19 shortly thereafter.

The Tariq Law Firm PLCC is a Law Firm in Queens, New York focused primarily on Consumer Protection Law and Debt Collection Defense. As a Legal Intern, through the usage of Lexis Advance, I conducted extensive legal research regarding case laws and statutes in order to assist Attorneys during Legal Proceedings. I also drafted case memos for Attorneys to summarize and analyze complex Legal Statutes and Arguments. Aside from this, I assisted in the marketing of the Firm by writing Blog Posts on nuanced Consumer Law Issues- specifically in regards to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

The Livingston Dining Hall at Rutgers University serves as one of Rutgers-New Brunswick's primary location for students to get congregate and get food. As a Dining Room Assistant, I worked in a high pace environment and ensured that orders were executed efficiently and correctly, in order to minimize the time students have to wait for food. This was done through working in conjunction with employees to diligently cook and restock food stations, while maintaining health standards and maximizing efficiency. Aside from that and perhaps most importantly, I engaged with students in order to maintain high customer satisfaction, which in turned helped develop interpersonal skills. I made sure that any and every student I came across- whether they be my co-workers or customers, left my presence with a smile on their face.
