Customization & day to day Production support of Eagle application for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) program. Provide functional analysis and technical solution in designing of new data feed.Eagle Application includes Development of Uploader and Exporter. Configuration of Security Reference Manager, Best data, Account Reference manager, Pricing and Pace. 24/7 Production support activity includes replying production ticket with root cause analysis. Processing Security, Pricing, Holding, Trades, Open Trades, Net Asset value files from Different data vendors like Bloomberg, BBH, SSC, RIMES using Eagle Pace Importers. Exporting best data validated by Eagle SRM and best data validation engine to downstream customer such as portfolio management system, risk metrics & CRD. Changes made in current process for importers and exporters as per data vendor’s notification and end users requirements respectively. Discussing SLO metrics report with stakeholder.Driving weekly status meeting with Business support group, third party vendor, Eagle technical and data operation teams.• Played a key role in requirements analysis for break fix or new enhancements in current process. •Coordination with data vendors such as Bloomberg, Brown Brothers Harriman, State Street Corporation, and other data vendor’s data notification. •Documentation of functional and technical analysis with proposed estimated effort.•Working with offshore team as Technical lead in coding and unit testing phase.•Reviewing system integration test cases, code against standards.•Active participation in User Acceptance testing with third party vendor.•Providing Business justification, Implementation plan, detail about vendors involved in change and its impact on current production system to change management for their approval.•Daily production activity includes data delivery to downstream customer by making sure respective importers and exporters events executed as per the schedule.
