Current1)As a Production Engineer - (3 Years) To Execute, Weekly & Daily Production plan based on 1+3 Strategy2)Ensure advance raw material / component availability to avoid machine idleness.3)Ensure defects are identified at origin/source & avoid it flow to next process4)To control internal rejection & implement action plan to minimize5)To Execute Productivity & Process Improvement through Set up time & Cycle time6)Assembly balancing, time study, TPM, lean manufacturing implementation in a role of Ramp up engineer.7)Handled Operators agreement successfully from management side with 30% rise in production.8)Implementation of Kaizens, Cycle time reduction on new products production.9)To achieve monthly production plan & reduce internal rejection as per defined target and do defect analysis as per A,B,C & D type defect10)Ensure JH Pillar sustenance 11)Comply to all audit requirement & having good Knowledge of IATF, 14K & 18K audit Impart on job training to operators & ensure skill enhancement on Waste, Losses, Rejection reduction 12)To ensure no customer complaints occurs & take corrective actions accordingly IATF audit and EHS audit got zero NC.13)Do the implementation of the Kaizens in PQCDSM methodology
