Hi, I am Sameer a Post Tensioning service provider by profession and a Structural Engineer by heart.As a teenager, my interest in civil engineering ignited while watching Megastructures on discovery. The construction of high rise building like Burj-Al-Arab, the Petronas towers and the Empire state building amazed me. The quality of construction and the skill required to construct such enormous, marvellous structures attracted me.The Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering exposed me to various challenging situations, a diverse academic environment that enhanced my creative and analytical ability. While it gave me a solid grounding in the basics - the foundation - I also gained, a more mature perspective on the things to come. I firmly believed that taking up a graduate program was very essential to step into the realm of research as it gives you a deeper insight. So, after doing my engineering from Prestigious College of Engineering, Pune, I did my Masters in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.During my years of civil engineering I developed a penchant towards Precast , Prestressed and Post Tensioned Concrete Buildings and Bridges. With this inclination I started as a Design Engineer with Precast India Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, where I was involved in Design of various Precast Buildings and Multi Level Car parks. Here I got to work under Dr. Spryos Tsoukantas , one of the revolutionary Design engineer in the field of Precast & prestressed Concrete at his office in Athens, Greece.Later I joined JVI Prestressing system as a Technical Head in the company looking more than 150 projects, involving design of various RCC Residential & Commercial Building , Design of Post Tensioned slabs and Beams, steel structures for Industrial Sheds & Design of Precast Buildings.I founded Ergon Infra in 2017, a Post Tensioning Design and Contracting company, committed at providing our best services in design and execution of Post Tensioned Structures. Ergon Infra envisions to smoothen the work flow related to Post Tensioning execution and deliver quality and economical projects within stipulated time.Within a span of three years we have already executed projects of more than 5 Million Sqft. Currently we are working on projects worth 6.5 Million Sq.ft with Top Developers, Contractors, Real estate brands and Consultants in India.
