•Maintaining and implementing the environmental program as per ISO14001, OHSAS 18001•Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier•Inspect and test machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations•Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces according to regulations •Identify and test work areas for potential accident and health hazards and implement appropriate control measures.•Make sure that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation in relation•Help supervise the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action•Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices•Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the health and safety program •Recommends or demands necessary action or procedural changes to correct areas not in compliance with regulations•Coordinating with the field key persons to ensure Implementation of HSE program for project in compliance with company HSE procedures.•Coordinating and monitoring PTW ‘Permit to Work' •Conducting HSE audits on sub-contractors and workshops at project as per company HSE procedures, issuing audit report about the hazards found,•Coordinating with field key persons to ensure Implementation of fire prevention and protection program•Investigate all incidents, near misses and collect statements from the injured person and witnesses and ensure corrective and preventive action is taken.•Designer and instructor of HSE training program for site engineers, supervisors and workers emergency procedures.•Maintaining HSE documentation and records as, Accident / incident report, Near miss and Violations•Attending project construction meetings as required with client and sub-contractors.• Develop health and safety systems,including policies, procedures and manuals.
