Providing performance guidance to executive management for the operation theatre in understanding the department to improve decision making and influence behaviors. Monitoring and providing guidance to operation theatre staff to achieve targets for utilization of the operation theatre. Perform business planning, SWOT, budgeting, risk management and prepared comprehensive reports to support operations. Develop short term and long term business goals. Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operations business key performance indicators. KPIsMonitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance such as safety, reliability, policies and productivity. Utilized hospital database software HMIS to perform research on productivity of various departments to recommend remedial measures.
