I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Design of Machines. My passion for education led me to embark on a fulfilling career as an educator, starting as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Pillai HOC College of Engineering.I later joined the Vishwaniketan Institute of Management, Entrepreneurship & Engineering Technology (VIMEET) as an Assistant Professor, where I had the unique opportunity to contribute to the European Commission Project (CENTRAL). I was part of the Indian team that developed a Master’s program in ‘Digital Technology for Business Transformation’ and received specialized training in Business Modelling from Prof. Peter Lindgren at Aarhus University, Denmark. Additionally, I served as a Mentor of Change at the Vishwaniketan Incubation Center, where I nurtured budding entrepreneurs.In parallel, I pursued my entrepreneurial aspirations by launching "The Teaching Machine," a venture aimed at introducing robotics to school students at the foundational level.Following my tenure at VIMEET, I transitioned to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's KMMIAS as Head of Operations, where I played a key role in establishing the institute from the ground up.Currently, I Head the Institutional Business division at FundEnable, overseeing Accelerator programs, managing corporate relations and events, and guiding Incubator operations. This role allows me to merge my academic expertise with strategic initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Over the years, I’ve built a strong personal network of 100+ investors, incubators, and accelerators, and have mentored 50+ startups on various business aspects.
