Key Responsibilities:1)Sales and Business Development:Drive insurance sales by working closely with branch staff and clients of partner banks.Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products by identifying potential customers and converting leads.Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to maximize sales opportunities.2)Client Relationship Management:Understand customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions that best meet their financial goals. Provide after-sales service to policyholders and assist them with queries or concerns regarding their policies. Conduct regular customer meetings to update them on new products or insurance offerings.3)Channel Partner Management:Build and maintain effective relationships with partner bank branches to ensure seamless customer service and engagement. Train and motivate the branch banking staff to promote insurance products and cross-sell efficiently.4)Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all sales and service activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.5)Reporting:Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and other metrics as required by management.Monitor and analyze branch performance and identify areas of improvement.
