Build relationships associating closely with external partners, construction companies, and vendors, focus on ensuring that all store design and construction projects are completed on budget and on schedule. Monitor vendors and contractors in the project implementation and process, to ensure those schedules are under control. Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate lease terms and perform due diligence on potential locations to ensure considerable construction concerns are taken into account. Manage and balance procurement management and overall related affairs for store openings and renewal projects while promoting good communication both internal and external stakeholders, pursuing schedule planning and budget control by coordinating with each project manager.
