With demonstrable leadership skills, and extensive experience in stakeholder management with a focus on delivery, Sameer has worked with multiple clients in the public and private sector in USA and the UK. Having started off as a bridge design engineer, over the years, Sameer has gained valuable experience in technical as well as commercial aspects of the construction industry. He specializes in all aspects of project delivery, including project management, controls, commercial management, dispute resolution, tender evaluation, risk management, cost estimating, contract due diligence and compliance audits for bespoke forms of contract including PPP, CMAR and design-build.
