Honored to represent the startup community from India as a participant at the World Economic Forum. Received an exclusive invitation to a series of high-profile events alongside European ministers, pioneers from the AI and Blockchain startup ecosystems, esteemed state ministers from India, and thought leaders from publications like Financial Times, among others. I was also invited to the PwC Annual CEO Conference which further enriched my experience, allowing me to delve into strategic discussions on leadership and innovation with global business leaders. This platform allowed me to contribute to pivotal discussions on global economic trends, technology's impact on society, and the future of innovation, while also absorbing invaluable perspectives from world-renowned experts and policymakers. These experiences didn't just broaden my horizons—they allowed me to contribute to conversations that are shaping our tomorrow.

This was a stint defined by a strong will to explore and dive into the breadth of problems in the tech ecosystem of both business-facing and consumer-facing companies. During this time, I cultivated a toolkit of tech and product know-how, growing alongside the startups, independent entrepreneurs and small businesses I partnered with, learning the intricacies of their respective industries and how tech can enable them.• Orchestrated and built the end-to-end web and app development projects, delivering over 50 tailored solutions that became digital cornerstones for client businesses.• Built automation systems to set up streamlined, efficient processes across functions and verticals that improved client productivity by 100%, cutting operational time in half for all my clients.• Revamped the UX/UI for 10 clients, enhancing user satisfaction and interaction by 5X across multiple platforms.• Navigated the nuances of product leadership, from concept to go-to-market, ensuring each step was documented with clarity and precision while ensuring that a range of global stakeholders were aligned to a singular vision for enhancing customer experience. As a Trainee in the Steam Turbine Maintenance department of the captive power plant • Learned about cycle design in relation to operational, process and equipment requirements • Observed maintenance and servicing of various equipment such as pumps, fans, bearings and boiler in the Coal-fired Captive Power Plant. • Supervised maintenance activities as part of job training • Witnessed startup and shut down procedures of the steam turbine generator, boiler, and auxiliaries along with condition monitoring of critical parameters • Attended classroom, web-based and field training sessions to learn about equipment selection, performance, and maintenance • Learned about equipment parts, design variations, along with their applications and functions

• Measured Work Content of 25 casting models including 180 core models in Gray Iron and Aluminum Foundry using Tata Motors Work Standard(TMWS) and developed mechanism to calculate WorkForce requirement for these areas to optimize the usage of manpower • Approximated work content for a few new models and models whose process could not be observed on the shopfloor • Documented model-wise man-power constraints and usage for each activity and step, allowing for manpower planning, contract activities planning and optimal deployment

• Designed on Solid works an automation mechanism for integration of 2 centreless grinding machines on an unused manufacturing line • Reduced cost of mechanism by using unused company resources like hydraulic elevators • Prepared the Bill of Materials, Estimated the cost of installation-25,000 INR and projected savings of 40,000 INR in the annual manpower

During my leisure hours in undergrad, I taught several subjects such as IIT Preparation, Psychology, Biology, Mathematics, Quantum Physics, Supply Chain Management, etc to more than 50 students who gave a positive review.
