Part of a 10 member team that handles Recruitment Operations for the US. Was on rolls of Manpower Consultants

My primary responsibility is that of managing the external recruitment process via consultants, to ensure that all vacancies are filled up within TAT. This includes monitoring current vacancies, screening of profiles, first round of interviews, scheduling interviews for business round, Initiating credit checks, offer release and onboarding. In addition, I have also been given the responsibility of handling internal recruitments for particular grades / bands.

Was entrusted with handling the entire recruitment operations for ICICI Bank Retail Banking, South. Team eventually expanded from self and 2 contract staff to 4 members handling interview scheduling, post selection processes like, filing, offer preparation and release, followup, basic negotiations and onboarding.
