Started working on Shop floor & Handled all kind of unit operations & Specially Spray drying operation. Perform Mass balance & Energy balance calculation on Spray dryer system. Increased the Production capacity of Cefuroxime axetil amorphous from 2. 5 metric ton to 3 metric ton per Month by reducing the Spray drying time.Work with the PLC System, SCADA and SAP.
