We align with Business Partners on the end-to-end processes as well as minute requirements which are necessary to perform day to day operations for Business. We work with our System Integrators to identify the processes which are going to be impacted with this transformation and capture all minute details in the process documents, these process documents are played back to business/business partners, and we take their valuable input before we get the document signed off. To achieve the To-Be state we identify what all RICEFW are required and then these are presented to SRB (Review Board) for approval and architectural alignment.
