• Co-ordination with Store Operations and IT for necessary training programs related to Stock Modules and Stock take Procedures.• Collate feedback / observations from relevant person who attended the stock take.• Ensure the stock take results are submitted to Loss Prevention Manager for review• Handling a team of 7 people, assigning them their roles and collecting store feedbacks.• Preparing yearly business shrinkage reports across all division.• Preparing stock count schedule across all ATR stores for financial year.• Preparing monthly stock count GM reports and yearly shrinkage report.• Scheduling counts in SIM.• Posting stock counts in SUM and RMS and preparing stock count results.• Assist in preparing yearly budget for stock count team in conjunction with line manager. • Verify the inventory accounts against the actual stock of goods in the warehouses. Check for any inconsistencies and correct the discrepancies, if any. • Maintain safe warehousing to goods such that they do not break or get spoilt, make efforts to minimize losses due to spoilage and wastages of goods.• Using Oracle software for Conducting Stock counts and Inventory adjustments.• Managing all aspects relating to the shipments, logistical processing and allocation function.• Processing Return to Vendor request in timely manner.• Validating of order confirmations against invoices and orders.• Ensuring shipment trackers are maintained, delivery dates managed and any deviances are escalated to Planners and Buyers.• Creating new items, purchase orders and maintain cost and retail price changes.• Creating allocations on new shipments.• Handling Stocks, Sales and Allocation/ Replenishment on ECOM.

• Implement standards to measure adherence, review and investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations to manager to ensure compliance to store standard.• Prepare schedule for Store Audit for every quarter.• Ensure that the checklist complies with Beauty Operations checklist, Loss Prevention checklist and Store Managers self-checklist.• Conduct periodic visits to stores, monitor compliance to operational policies and procedures and report findings to manager.• Assist in preparing the annual stock take calendar in conjunction with the area managers and operation support manager, communicate the plan to stores, and ensure compliance to the plan by mobilizing the requisite manpower and other related resources for the physical stock take.• Oversee the physical stock take process, monitor adherence to policies and procedures.• Conducting stock take on an average of twice (per store) in a month.• Review stock take result in conjunction with operations support manager and reconcile figures by monitoring stock movements, transfers and collections sell through in the stores.• Implement stock loss action plans (formulated as a result of stock counts in the retail stores) and monitor their adherence.• Conducting induction i.e. training for new store managers about the role of inventory management.• Reviewing 380 status reports and notifying the stores on their pending orders.• Reviewing day to day discrepancy arising during receiving of stocks by store.• Support the store team to resolve IT issues arising in Stock transfer notes and JDE. • Investigate on stock loss during transfers and recommend necessary adjustments to finance (W/H to store or Store to Store)• Organize in house brand counts in all Beauty stores (monthly, quarterly and half yearly); monitor losses and highlight stores with major losses. Insure on customer and staff theft and update with findings.
