As the Assistant Manager of Project Controls and Reporting at Red Sea Global, I lead a team of analysts and developers to deliver accurate and timely reports and dashboards for various projects across the organization. I also collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment of project objectives, scope, and budget. Previously, I worked as a Senior Analyst (BI & DA) at Jacobs for nine years, where I designed, developed, and implemented BI solutions for clients in the Oil & Gas, engineering, and construction sectors. I have a strong background in leading development teams, data analysis, and software engineering, and I am passionate about applying my skills to solve complex problems and create value for the organization.
