- Leading role in rolling out data-driven IT solutions to implement integrated information management systems (DevInfo - endorsed by UNDG lead by UNICEF) in over 90 countries including national level work in most countries of Africa, Asia, Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, The Pacific, The Caribbean. Regional level work in Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa, Panama, Guyana, India, Fiji, Thailand, China and global level work in USA, Turin, Geneva.- Business development experience in exploring prospects for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, global cold calling as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities, research and build relationships with new clients, plan approaches and strategies for business growth, working with team to develop technical and financial proposals, presenting new products and services and enhance existing relationships, working with internal technical staff to meet customer needs, conducting the internal and external client debriefs- Global expertise in the development and implementation of evidence-based decision making and results based management tools. This includes database design and development of cross-sectorial socio-economic indicators, implementing results-based management tools to manage national and local development plans and strategies, design and develop web and mobile tools for data presentations- Identifying the training and development requirements and designing capacity building interventions to achieve business objectives. Managing and conducting programs/workshops/seminars to meet the needs of program specialists and partners. Evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of the training programs, training methodologies in use, on an ongoing basis. - Designed and Developed instructional e-Learning materials on data dissemination, data presentation and statistical literacy.

Involved in implementing and maintaining NIIT policies and procedures. Managing the centre activities by training the staff, strategic planning in marketing the computer training, business growth, centre budget, planning new training projects, network implementation for various training projects.

Proposals for tenders and training various corporate houses and individuals on the latest software applications, meeting with the clients and providing consultations on the need for the training, planning for the company’s schedule, preparing monthly and yearly business report to Head Office.
