As a recruiter at Waaree Group, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions in the real estate sector. I work with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the business needs and the job requirements, and to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes. I also maintain and update the applicant tracking system and the talent pool database, and provide regular reports and feedback on the recruitment status and outcomes.I have a PGDM in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in human resources management and services, such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and labor laws. I also have a B.com degree from University of Mumbai, where I learned Microsoft applications and other tools. Prior to joining Waaree Group in April 2023, I was a talent acquisition lead at Adani Realty for four months, and a human resources assistant at j. kumar infraprojects ltd. for three years, where I honed my corporate recruiting and human resource development skills.
