Before release payment for PO Invoice, doing cross verification under 3 WAY match system (i.e., PO, GRN and Invoice).• Upload service invoices and utility invoices to optima tool by providing unique barcode.• Following up on the pending items which are sitting in the terminated employees (as per HRI) inbox and routing them to correct person.• Moving & Delegation of various invoices from different levels to levels based on request received within Optima.• Follow up being done with vendors/Business for any required information with regards to Invoice processing• Reviewing of all critical areas in AP Process in Financial Control Division(FCD) before posting into AP System (SAP) • Cross verifying and processing of credit notes.• Review of financial & control division accounts.• Preparing and analysis of aged creditor’s and Accrual report.• Resolving technical issues like, Failed to post items in AP sub system.• Reconciliation of SAP posted items with Optima posted items (Entry date report).• Review of Sales Tax, GST and VAT•other duties.
