In very early stage of my career, I was presented with a challenging short-term assignment, which typically required 7+ years of experience. In pursuit of the assignment, I was been deployed to Port Elizabeth, S. Africa to manage the installation of machining and automation system supplied by PARI to Ford (Puma Program) - one of the big international programs in 2010, during global economy crisis. Having experience of living and working in multi-cultural environment, using past student experience of doing prudent expenses making a right decision, and being good in planning strategies; it helped me endure, thrive to manage Puma program install, and help present promotional-performance image of my organization tangibly to representatives coming from all over the globe. It was a stimulating experience to work in a multi-cultural/linguistic milieu, people under one roof interfacing & getting sustenance from different time zones, to achieve one target - helping the end user for “Successful Launch”.My career witnessed following work-portfolios in chronological sequence: internship in project engineering, health and safety coordinator, installation management, integration management (i.e. build, run-off, tear down, packaging & shipping), project management, program manager, lead & manage project finance, & recently got promoted to lead operations - North Americas. Having in-depth involvement on execution side, it gives me an immense opportunity for the following:- Set things right during initial phase of the project and alleviate the risk during execution, using lesson learnt from the past.- Deliver automation in time with good quality,and help customers successful launch the programs - Help proposal team for the integration quotations- It has trained me to take prompt & decisive actions in pursuit of critical issues resolution in quick time-Train and mentor new interns, since I was intern onceWay I see things, more you understand the core requirements and values of the organization, better you get cohesive in the organization.
