-Core Applications (Alarm, Calendar, Organizer etc.) module owner of Samsung’s Feature phone platform-MMP (MMK Multimedia Platform). -MMP platform, which uses Infineon Chipset provided by Intel Mobile Corporation to Samsung and lies in the core of the successfully running models like Samsung Champ II, Deluxe Duos, Star-3,REX series for Europe, South East Asia, South west Asia regions and Rugby4 for North America region. The Platform uses ThreadX operating System (A Real Time Operating System) which is completely written in C.-On Application level, we are involved in the implementation of the whole design (GUI) and functionality of the Core Applications in the Mobile Phone.-Enhancement of features and working in collaboration with Framework team in changing the architecture of the platform to provide the multi-tasking and application switching.-Making the platform stable by fixing the issues reported during the Project Life Cycle and involved in the development of new features like Compass and PTT (PushToTalk) some of the major features in North America region feature phones, developed first time on this platform.-Also underwent the training for the Samsung’s own developed platform “Tizen”, and built some applications as part of learning and development.

Worked on the project of implementing AT commands for Core Applications.AT commands lie in the core of PC compatible software like Samsung Kies.
