Preparation of documents, co-ordinate for execution of documents / security creation at the branches and scrutinize the scanned images of executed documents. Liasioning with Business Department / RMs and mapped branches in the region for timely execution of documents. Setting up of limits in system, opening of the loan accounts and disbursement of amount. Ensuring compliance with pre-disbursement conditions of sanctions and monitoring accounts post disbursement. Ensuring centralized registration of charge with ROC and registration of EM with Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest (CERSAI). Track receipt of stock and book debt statements and ensure calculation and updation of drawing power in system. Track receipt of insurance policies and updation of data thereof. Ensure follow up with borrower/branches/RMs. Track conduct of unit visits and forward report to Business Department for review whenever adverse features are noticed. Track revaluation applicable cases and initiate for revaluation of assets. Reconciliation of CERSAI entries and undertake registration whenever the assets are pending for registration in CERSAI site.Reconcile the ROC pending cases and take up for ROC registration on priority. Ensuring standing instruction is placed for all accounts, so that auto recovery happens when demand is raised. Put through transactions for disbursement, recovery of processing fees, penal interest and other applicable charges Ensuring recoveries of dues from operative accounts and take up with borrower/branches/RMs for recovery.  Ensuring end use of funds and sufficient turn over in the account.
