Project under experience:1.EV charger for various models with OEM2.ALBTROSS 3.3 KW, Eagle 7.4 KW, Eagle lite, Robin, Owl , Pelican, Pelican ProRoles & Responsibilities:1)Coordinate and support dealer/distributor/ channel partner technicians to conduct on-site I&C (Installation and Commissioning) and setup of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.2.Provide L2-level technical Support hardware/ software wherever required to CPOS, OEMS, and Installation/Service Partners via email, call, and chat and maintain data sanity across all customer-facing platforms.3.Align visits to technician on faulted chargers and rectify solutions remotely4.Have in-depth Understanding of Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP 1.6 and higher) Collaborate with customers and provide expert guidance on charger operation and maintenance.5.Document and follow-up with technical incidents including providing feedback to the relevant teams internally ( Quality, R&D, Project Management, PPC).6.Manage spare inventory as per requirement to dealers

1)Perform Preventive maintenance,breakdown Maintainance in customer support.2) Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.3) Monitoring equipment and machinery performance.4) Continuous followup on service request and customer satisfaction.5) Troubleshooting in Electrical control panel and solve the problem.6)Testing and Commissioning of electrical machinery equipment as per organization rule.

Worked as SQR in Quality Department.Completed shell inspection and electrical testing in ODC panel of Reliance infocom LTD. Also got training of AIS and GIS panel.
