Current Project:- Nissan SerenaSkills:- Catia v5, Seat Kinematics , packaging, VPM, GD&T and Stack-up analysis.Role:-• Designing and modifying Seat Parts to achieve its function & requirements• Designing the Seat parts by referring benchmarks, sheet metal and plastic parts design guidelines, interface packaging, manufacturing, assembly, servicing aspects, ECE Regulations, Lessons learns and different attachment schemes.• Making the Seat Kinematics and checking the interfaces of seat parts with environment data provided by the customer.• Making the power point presentations of Critical sections, which shows the critical gaps of seat with vehicle environment data and then review it with Team members.• Also responsible for GD&T and Stack-up analysis.• Making Bill of materials and other documents as per the ISO standards.• Also responsible for Assembly sequence of seat plastic and maintain the same in CAD.• Assembly / Component Drawings.• Communicating with all team for all above work for better interaction.• Have worked in project from RFQ to PV release.Last projects:- Ford U375, Honda Pilot
