Currently Working at FFBL as a Payroll Supervisor in Compensation & Benefits Department. Monitoring monthly Payroll master data and changes in master according to monthly payroll file. Resolved monthly payroll issues like Time Data, Organization Management, Personal Administration.Time of Monthly Salary i am responsible to execute actual payroll and after that post all payroll result to finance division. Maintain Bank Register for all payments to employees and than transfer pay to concern all banks. Also proceed all companies loans and followups at the end of payment to individuals. Maintain annual increments data for company and issues annual increments letters to employees and after that update annual increments pays in SAP through SAP tool LSMW and then reconcile with master data. AT the time of Bonus Announced working on Bonus and after approval of management upload Bonus data in SAP. Monthly modified SAP system according to our requirements. To Assist my all junior colleges according to their needs and weekly based give training to them.

: I have done service with Siemens Engineering Company as a HR Functional Consultant for 5 years. The project on which I was working is a World Bank funded project named as Project for the improvement of financial reporting and Auditing (PIFRA). The project mainly focuses on the implementation of SAP HR and FI modules in order to improve the accounting and auditing standards of government. The scope of HR module is to regularize the HR data of government employees as per their requirement. The main emphasis is to run an accurate payroll at the end of every accounting month. The activity also involves data migration from old legacy system in SAP R3 via uploads. After successful payroll run different HR reports are executed for reconciliation purpose. Finally the HR data is posted to FI for compilation of monthly account.
